Single/ Twin Room/ Small Doublo Let In Family Home

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and relaxed, who doesn't mind living with lovely, polite and friendly children.

The room is single or small twin/double. It has a single inbuilt wardrobe and double window. You will have use of the washing machine if required. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric range oven, microwave etc etc. There is a good sized living room and separate kitchen diner. You will have your own kitchen cupboard space. The house has Very Large rear garden and road parking is very good. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and the train station is a short 15 minute walk away.

The room available is a part furnished room and in a family home.

Not looking for short term lets.
