1 Single Room To Rent In 3 Bed Detached House

I have 1 single room to rent within a 3 bedroomed detached house. The house is situated in Corfe Mullen Wimborne with access to Poole and Bournemouth by bus routes. Car journey to Poole takes 10 mins and 20 mins to Bournemouth.
The area is semi rural and is quiet and peaceful and the house boasts a very large rear garden which is perfect for barbecues in the hot weather.
Both single rooms are furnished and there is Wi-Fi available. 1 of the rooms has just been fully redecorated and fitted out with brand new carpets. There is also a shared bathroom and kitchen and a large lounge with access to full Sky TV package.
Preferably I'm looking for professional educated working tenants who like a tidy house ! Someone who enjoys peace and quiet, enjoys healthy interests and interesting conversation.
I consider myself to be polite, intelligent, kind and accommodating and I'm looking for tenants with similar qualities who respect one another.
There are 2 elderly cats at the house but they are outdoor cats and keep themselves to themselves !
