Double room in large furnished apartment

I have a double room available from May 2015 in a large, furnished, ground floor apartment in Charlton Down, which is 3 miles north of the county town of Dorchester. There is parking available in front of the property, as well as a bus service into Dorchester.

The room is large and furnished with a double bed, large wardrobes (plenty of space!) and a bedside table. All ready for you to move in with your belongings!
The room also includes its own large bathroom with a bath, and a shower over it.
The kitchen and living room are spacious (the living room is enormous!) and modern.
Charlton Down is a lovely cul de sac village, with no through traffic, so it's very quiet if your job is busy or stressful. There is a village shop (two minutes' walk) and the bus stop is a five minute walk. Charlton Down also has a cricket club and tennis court within short walking distance, if this is your thing.
I share my apartment with two beautiful Russian Blue indoor cats (who would not be allowed into your space), so you would need to be willing to be adored by these girls! Ideal if you love pets but don't have any of your own... They (typical of their breed) are quiet, hypoallergenic and shed minimally.
The room is £450pcm including council tax, broadband, utilities and service charge.
