Large room in central Dorchester

We have a comfortable room to let in our family home, a short walk from central Dorchester, the hospital and County Hall. We are a busy, semi-retired professional couple with a quiet and adorable dog. We are vegetarian and non-smoking. The room, on the first floor, is furnished and bedlinen and towels are supplied. It opens by French doors onto a roof space above the garden. There is broadband available. The bathroom is on the same floor and there is also a separate shower room and toilet in the house. The kitchen is to be shared along with dining room and the sitting room/conservatory overlooking the pretty garden. There is access to a washing machine and drying space.
We are looking for a lodger who is friendly and tidies up after themselves. We would like to share our home with a vegetarian who does not smoke. We love getting to know people but equally will leave you in peace!
