This is the perfect room and house if you are looking for some quiet independence in a friendly family home.

Access to large bathroom with Bath, shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

House is in good family neighborhood, semi-rural, great access to Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Wimborne, A31/M27 etc. Easy walking to Ferndown town centre with it's pubs, restaurants and take aways, a good sports centre with swimming pool and gym, local nature reserve etc.

We have Wi-Fi with high speed fibre broadband in the home.

We can provide references of previous tenants.

We will be able to let on a weekly basis at £100 per week.
