Double room available on a single occupancy basis Either Sunday night / Monday to Friday in my 5 bed home in a quiet area just a six iron from Ferndown Championship Golf Course. The house is in a quiet setting with a lovely garden. A new kitchen was fitted last year.
The double bedroom is south facing. There is a large shared kitchen; second bathroom and second lounge for lodger's use. I have just one other lodger who doesn’t use the lounge much as he is either working or out .
The house is approx. 2 miles from Bournemouth (Hurn) airport , 4 miles from Ringwood and approx. 6 miles from Bournemouth, Wimborne and Poole.
The room would suit someone who is working away from home and returns home most weekends,
