Double bedroom in Ferndown

I have a double room to rent in Ferndown, close to bus stop routes into Poole and Bournemouth near to Parley and Bournemouth Airport.

I can also provide bed linen and towels if required which would be rotated on a weekly basis.

Minimum stay 3 months

I will consider weekend stays until vacancy is filled at £200 Friday to Sunday (room only)£200 security deposit required for this kind of stay)

Suitable for professionals, I will also consider mature students 18 and over.

The house is detached with plenty of parking and a large garden, with indoor heated swimming pool.

You will have kitchen cupboard and fridge/freezer space and use of a washing machine. there is dining area in the kitchen.

There is shared bathroom with large bath and separate shower, very nice please see pictures.

All inclusive WIFI and utitlity bills.
