Single room for rent in a desirable location within Ferndown. The household comprises of Professional Male, Teenage Son and Daughter
Most bills included within reason, occupier will have use of most of the house and its facilities. Room for personal food stock and fridge space can be made. Home is also shared with disabled assistance dog in training so occupant should have no fear or allergies to dogs. General Household duties to be shared, all to muck equally and help keep the place ship shape.
Bedroom is not huge so if you are looking for that room as your fully contained domain this might not be for you, However if you enjoy the company of people and wish to share a spacious home this should appeal to you.
Bathroom is shared but as with everything else things are negotiable. There is a 2nd WC so usually no queues. Feel free to call and arrange a look.
