Nicely decorated and furnished single bedroom

Recently redecorated and carpeted single bedroom in a three bedroom terraced house on the outskirts of Swanage, with uninterrupted views of the Purbeck countryside. The room is fully furnished and next to the main bathroom; which is rarely used by the family as we tend to use our wet-room downstairs. The bathroom has just been completely refurbished and equipped with both a bath and shower. The house consists of a lounge, dining room and fairly new kitchen with range cooker, utility room and a pretty rear garden. We are a quiet, friendly and tidy household. Our family consists of a mum and young adult son, together with Harvey, our Labrador and Mutley our Westie. Mutley and Harvey are both very friendly, but have their own designated area and are not allowed to roam freely around the home. The room would suit a quiet, tidy, responsible, professional person; who doesn’t mind being on their own at times and not someone wishing to party or entertain over night. There is wireless access to internet, bills are included, except the house phone. It is fairly easy to park directly outside the property and there is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away. It takes 15/20 minutes to walk into the centre of Swanage. The room is currently taken, but I am expecting it to become available sometime in April.
