We have developed a 1 bed detached self contained annex on our property in Highcliffe Dorset. The annex has a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen with washing machine, microwave/ oven combo. Living room with high-speed internet and freeview. Off road parking. It has been finished to a very high standard. We are looking for ONE professional person to rent the property, you must be in full time employment and not a home worker. We are located a 4 minute walk from the station which has regular trains to Bournemouth (13 mins) and Southampton (32 mins). We are a short stroll to the beach and live in a quiet residential area. All bills are included on fair use basis.
