Great house close to Mudeford cricket ground, marsh, quay and the best fish & chip shop in the area...have had lots of work done to the property and inc: new sitting room with wood burner and new red hot kitchen all integral appliances and all rooms have new flooring. The bedroom has two windows and a small fireplace, can be used by a careful tenant? Bathroom is fairly new and includes a great shower, over bath and loo, there is a second loo downstairs.

We have a chocolate labrador called Molly who is still quite young at 1. 5 years...so still a bit bouncy,

Rent includes all of the bills and the sky/broadband (wireless) BUT we do share the electric as we have found that this works best, it is comes in at about 10. 00 a month, less if we don't leave all the lights on etc.
We are good at re-cycling and generally try to consider the impact we have on the environment...We all get on really well, one of us is a chef and rarely at home and the rest of us work mainly F/Time. I am a cook and another is a horticulturalist...more to tell once we meet, we have had some great people stay here and have mainly stayed in touch with them even once they have moved on.. Ally
