Tidy and happy person to rent Double Room

I have a double room to rent in Mudeford / Christchurch with double bed, and ample matching built in wardrobes / bedside cabinets. The room has a TV with built in DVD player. Will be available around 17th Dec 14, For £100. 00 per week.

The house is a four bedroom detached at the end of a no drive through road, walking distance for bus rout, shops and beach. There is a Spanish couple who are renting another room, both stay in the room a lot. We all get on well and would like someone who also would fit in as friendly and clean.

There is a washing machine / tumble dryer.

Brand new family bathroom suit which has, bath, shower, toilet, walls fully tiles, all to a high clean standard. Down stairs cloakroom which has also just been fully wall tiled with new fitments.

There is an en suite to landlords main bedroom which the landlord uses.

landlord has a dog only goes into the living room when the landlord / owner is there, he is very friendly once he gets to know people.
I do work away sometimes so the dog will come with me time to time.

I am a young devoiced 50 male. I like a laugh and like happy people. I would like someone who is clean, happy, and cheerful as you can be to share my home and treat it like your own, with the use of the living room / kitchen when you want.
