Ground floor room in a lovely detached house. There's easy access to Bournemouth, Poole and the local sandy beach. The house is 15 minutes’ walk from Branksome train station and 5 minutes’ walk from major bus routes.

It’s a short walk to Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express and Waitrose. It’s also walking distance from the restaurants and bars in Ashley Cross and Penn Hill.

The room is carpeted and furnished. As well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers, there’s also storage in a smaller set and drawers and in drawers underneath the bed. It’s a quiet space, at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. Facilities include a TV (for freeview) and WiFi.

There’s free on-street parking.
