There is a large, fully equipped communal kitchen with range oven, fridges and freezers. There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.

The layout is open plan so the kitchen leads in to the lounge area which has a 40” wall mounted TV; this has the Sky Sports channel.

Outside there is an area of decking and secure, enclosed garden. Here there is a clothes line and secure bike shed.

Parking – there is shared off-road parking.

The room is fully furnished with bed, quality mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV connection and CAT 5 broadband socket. The room has an en-suite bathroom.

Rent includes all bills; this covers a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards met. When re-furbishing the house good quality sound proofing materials were used.

We are experienced landlords who employ a tenant manager, Alison, to be the first point of contact and ensure we continue to offer a high standard of service.

The house is in a good location within a short walk to Branksome railway station and is on the main bus route between Poole and Bournemouth city centres. It is close to convenience stores and the bars and bistros of Ashley Cross.

Sorry we do not accept couples, DSS, students or pets in this house.
