Rooms are available for 6 weeks only until end of May / start of June.

This shared home is a spacious Victorian house with 5 double bedrooms. Close to Branksome roundabout and easy access to Penn-Hill and Ashley Cross which is well know for its great social life with many well-respected bars and restaurants.

The rooms for rent are all double rooms with a bathroom shared between 2 rooms on that floor only. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table(s).

On the first floor there are two double rooms which share a bathroom between them, and another double room which is en-suite.

On the second floor there are two double rooms which share a bathroom between them.

There's a cosy and sociable lounge with 2 large brown leather sofas and a flatscreen TV, Virgin (included in bills) with unlimited 30MB wireless broadband.

There's a dining room with a large dining table and benches for socialising, eating and dinner parties. There is also a metal action sofa bed which can be used for any visiting guests.

The kitchen is a large and open space with gas cooker, double tall standing Samsung fridge-freezer and extra large drum Bosch washing machine. Everyone has their own fridge, freezer and cupboard space, and the rest of the kitchen is well kitted out.

The back garden is a good size and is mostly decked with some bamboo providing shade and privacy. It gets sun for most of the day through summer and is great for barbeques and socialing with the other housemates and having a cool and relaxing drink after work in the lighter spring and summer evenings.

The house is on the main bus route between Bournemouth and Poole. Branksome train station is just around the corner, a few minutes walk away. There are two parking spaces at the front of the house, and plenty of free parking in the road directly opposite (all the houses have driveways so parking is readily available here, even at the end of the day).

This would suit professionals who want somewhere short term to live in a lovely, clean and tidy home with friendly housemates. Existing occupants are sociable and fun-loving, but professional and committed.
