Double Room, near ashley cross & poole hospital
Hi I'm Ralph, I've been living in my flat 11 years and always had a lodger. My previous lodger has just moved out after 3 years as he's got his own place. I'll be sprucing the room up, for availability in the New Year, probably 1st weekend in Jan, just wanted to post now to gauge interest levels with viewings closer to Xmas.
The flat is walking distance to Poole Hospital, Ashley Cross and Poole Park. There are a few visitors parking spots on first come, first serve or road parking.
The room will have main use of the bathroom as I mainly use my en-suite. Bills are included - There's all the mod cons; fibre broadband, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The room has a double bed, blackout blind, bookcase, TV port and large wardrobe with drawers. Warning: The carpet is as old as the flat and a little worn, so can discuss if a large rug is needed.
I have no time frame on when I need a lodger by, I just want somebody I will get on with. Ideally I'd like someone who is respectful and tidy but likes to socialise, play some pool, gym/cycle and therefore you would need to be around my age.
