The garden is very sunny and secluded with secure storage for bike etc. The house is situated very near to Branksome train station and just up the road from Penn Hill, and very close to Westbourne shopping centre which has some lovely quirky shops and café's and bars. On direct bus route to Bournemouth and Poole town centre and also fast trains go from Branksome to London.
