A large room with en suite to rent in a warm and cosy 3 bedroom apartment close to Ashley Cross in Parkstone.

All bills are included in the rent and the property has wifi broadband throughout.

A bit about me, I am a very chilled out guy that enjoys good food, exercising and socialising with friends.
I have spent the last few years working abroad but now I want to focus on building my fitness training business and spend more time with family and friends.

I have been currently sharing the apartment with a close friend but he has decided to get a place with his new partner and will be moving out at the end of August.

I would like to live with a professional woman that is tidy and is easy to get along with. A sense of humour is desirable as I like to have a giggle and laugh at silly things. Would be nice if you could cook but not essential as I'm pretty good. (big head).

I have a charming 14 year old son that I see every other weekend and a couple of days during the week. He is a well behaved and friendly young man.
