Good sized en-suite room in shared modern house in Parkstone, Poole. Good transport links to Bournemouth and Poole city centres.

This first floor bedroom has an en-suite shower room with toilet. It is fully furnished with bed, quality mattress, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV connection and CAT 5 broadband socket.

There are 3 other en-suite rooms in the house and feedback from our tenants suggests they enjoy living in this shared house.

There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each tenant has their own food cupboard. The layout is open plan with the kitchen leading into the lounge area which has a 40” wall mounted TV; this has the Sky Sports channel.

Rent includes all utility bills; this also covers a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Outside there is a patio area in an enclosed garden with clothes line and secure bike shed.

The house is in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a good location within a short walk to Parkstone railway station, bus stops, convenience stores and close to the bars and bistros of Ashley Cross.

Sorry we do not accept couples, DSS, students or pets in this house.

Any short term stays to be paid in full prior to arrival (under 6 months).
