Bathroom has fully mounted powerful shower over the bath but please note it is not en suite. Room consists of bed side tables, chest of drawers and canvas wardrobe. All soft furnishings can be removed

Flat has living/dining room, balcony off of the living room. Sofas are big, deep and comfy like beds. Separate kitchen with all the amenities inc dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. Free parking on site and on road, there is a garage that can be used for storage

The complex is off of a quite cul de sac a 5 minute walk from Ashley Cross and Parkstone train station and 3 minute walk from Waitrose and Ashley Road. Bus stop is 3 minute walk - buses are every 3 minutes into Bournemouth and Poole. Poole's beautiful beaches a short 10 minute drive. Ideally located between Poole and Bournemouth - Bournemouth is only 10 minute drive. Area is very peaceful and surrounded by woodland, with resident squirrels and young foxes

Complex is very quite so that needs to be respected. I am looking for a clean, tidy professional who does the usual Mon-Fri routine. Someone who is easy to get along with and is sociable but like me also likes their own space. Please do not message me if under 30

I am social and go for a few drinks now and again down the cross and every so often will be out late but would not suit a party animal living here. If flat mate becomes a friend that would be a bonus

I like to be active and enjoy cycling over the Purbecks, play netball every Wednesday, horse ride, paddle board, yoga, cooking and eating out as well as films and books
