Large double room

Small cosy 2 bed flat, with shared open plan lounge/kitchen. It is over a shop, but it's a quiet one (never seen a customer go in or out!) High ceilings make it feel more spacious.

The room itself is fully furnished, as you can see from the pics.

Parking isn't 'ideal' as the flat is on Ashley Road, so would suit someone who uses public transport, however I drive, and cope fine parking on the road.

For me, my name is Chris, I work long hours, so I'm not here a lot of the time, when I am, its TV, films, or part time studying a couple of open courses I'm doing.

I like to play badminton, keeping active, I have a bike which (when it's a bit warmer!) I have been getting into using, and don't mind introducing someone to the people I do know

I don't have the biggest friendship base, so it would be nice to have someone I get on well with, who would be up for the occasional night out, or a couple of drinks down the pub to let off some steam!

Finally, through having a couple of house mates over the last couple of years, I am learning about traits I do and don't like to live with, and would definitely like to meet before I have you under my roof :)
