Luxurious apartment in lower parkstone

I have a double room to rent for ladies only in my modern apartment. It would be to share with myself and my lovelly daughter. It is in a quiet area, 5 min to ashley cross and parkstone station. Great for commuting and bars, restaurants and the green. Good either for Poole or Bournemouth. You could have use of the bathroom all for yourself as the other room is en-suite. Also all great commodities, wash and drier. Underfloor heating and a lovelly living area. Also there is a balcony and direct acess to the garden.
I didnt have a chance to post pictures today but more than happy to show it. I am sure you would not be disappointed. I work full time and she is in school all day, on weekends we tend to go out or meet friends. I would like a flatmate that likes their space as well as sharing and spending sometime together as well.
