- Flat located walking distance from Ashley Cross
- Bus links to both Poole (passing the hospital) and Bournemouth. The M1 or M2 pass every 10 minutes I believe.
- Large kitchen and seperate lounge
- Bathroom with seperate shower cubicle
- Parking is free in a road next to the flat and always has ample space (I have never seen it more than half full)
- The lounge and bedroom both have virgin media with very strong internet and pretty much every channel (including sport)

A bit about me; I'm a 24 year old professional based in Poole. I travel a lot for work, often away for 2 weeks at a time. When I am back, I am often out staying at my girlfriends or seeing friends. I am a keen cyclist and have started sailing again recently. I would like someone to move in and consider the flat to be their home, I don't want to be seen as the "landlord", that will be important to me.
