Double Room To Rent Southbourne ã550Pm
I am looking for a Lodger to move into my house in the Southbourne area.
About me:
I am 30 years old, I work full time as an accountant and have two cats living with me at the property (both very friendly). I recently bought a 3 bedroom house in the Southbourne / Pokesdown area. Currently it's me and my boyfriend who live here (he's here about 4-5 times per week), and the third bedroom will be empty. I am pretty quiet, my partying days are behind me but do have the occasional friend round. I sometimes work at home during the week.
About the house:
It's a 3 storey house, my bedroom is on the top floor so the potential lodger would be on the second floor. There is a private bathroom for the lodger next to the bedroom, but I will occasionally use the bath in there as I only have as shower in my en suite. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, however if you want to bring bits of your own furniture this could be arranged. There is a TV point in the room to watch freeview TV.
There will be shared use of the kitchen facilities, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer. There is a small garden at the back.
The house is brand new (built April 2016) so it's all tidy and up together.
I am walking distance to Bournemouth hospital and JP Morgan. And am less than 5 minutesÃÂâà‚ÃÂÃÂàwalk from Pokesdown station. There is no private parking at the property but there is plenty of unrestricted road parking if you have a car.
About the potential lodger:
I am looking for someone quiet and considerate and clean. I sometimes work long hours so ideally would like someone that keeps themselves to themselves as that's what I prefer to do. I will consider male or female of any age but must be working full time.
I am happy to consider a short term agreement for contractors etc, and the lodger agreement will be on a one month rolling basis so either party has to give a month to end the agreement.
The room is available 30/11/2016 and is ÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂ £550 per month. This includes all bills and Broadband.
Rent will be paid monthly in advance and one months rent will also be required as a deposit.
