2 rooms available, one with your own conservatory in a spacious house on Canford Heath Poole.

The room with the conservatory is £520 per calendar month and the other is £470 pcm.

The rent includes all bills and super fast wireless broadband. A weekly cleaner to kitchen and bathrooms are also included in your rent.

The room is furnished with contemporary solid ash bedroom furniture and a TV point.

The house has 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machines and a shared lounge with tv and dvd player.

Supermarket, shops, pub and bus stop 3 minute walk away. Buses run every 10 minutes into Poole town centre.

All the house shares are like minded working adults and professionals. Although all rooms are doubles we are unable to accommodate couples.

The house is a fully licensed and regulated house share complying with all current regulations.

All deposits are held with the Deposit Protection Service.
