Lge double furnished room to let in friendly house

Large double furnished room to let in friendly household, the room has lge fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage, and a dbl bed i have 1 dog and 1 cat so u must like animals. I have wifi and sky. This can be upgraded to your room if you pay extra as there is a sky box in the room but will need upgrading to hd for the full effect. I don't have sports but upgrading at your cost would be a possibility.
All bills are incl except food, There is a shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. I have a lge garden that is also available and i have some outside storage but no garage.
I live in upper parkstonbe which is 5 mins from local bus routes to either B'mouth or Poole, local train station is about 20 mins walk away.
Within in walking distance to Tower Park or 5 mins in the car, there is a tesco superstore there plus lots of leisure activities

viewing is available. The room has fully sliding doors x3 lge. carpet a double bed, TV stand and bed side table also room for a 2 seater small sofa if you have one. approx. size of room 10ftx12ft wardrobes are approx. 10ftx2ft on top of the room so total size of room is 12ftx12ft this incl a bay window
Smokeing is not acceptable anywhere in the house, only in the garden or in the shed.
I am easygoing and like the gym, gardening, diy, nights out the cinema, theatre.
I have a dog and a cat so pet friendly is a must
