Its location is 5-7 minutes walk from the train station and town centre.

Ideally located for working at the hospital 2-4 mins away and also only a short walk to Poole Park. Parking available.

The housemates are friendly young professionals who enjoy a glass of wine every now and then but respect that they have to get up for work in the morning.

All bills including water, gas electric, council tax, super quick virgin fibre optic broadband included in the let. A cleaner is included for all communal areas including bathrooms and kitchen .

Beautiful wood furniture in a fully renovated house. Garden to enjoy bbqs in summer. Shed for Bike storage..

Separate Large living room with Sony TV, and two big sofas. TV points in each room.

The kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space leading onto floral garden. Tumble dryer for those colder days, and fast spin washing machine. BBQ patio and landscaped garden.
