Top floor bedroom with ensuite

3 double bedroom house in central Poole Old Town. Walking distance to train station, high street, pubs and quay. Must be dog lover as I have 3 reasonably well behaved dogs that come to work with me. Although i'm a pretty easy going person I would prefer trade type tenants as I've lived alone for a long time and enjoy a can of lager and football in the evening. Independent TV in each room so if you like your own space then thats fine as well as wireless broadband. Once a tenant is found I will organise a cleaner a couple of times a week. One bedroom has on-suite toilet and basin (taken), the 2nd bedroom is next to the family bathroom and the third has onsuite shower room and toilet. Furnished or unfurnished. Share lounge, family bathroom and kitchen (I enjoy cooking and do a wicked stew or roast and would gladly put enough in for another) but am not so keen on the washing up afterwards tho' ;-).
PLEASE NOTE: This is a town centre location and parking is at a premium. There is free ON STREET parking in the evenings (between 6pm & 8am) & all weekends and free 2 hour ON STREET parking at other times. There is plenty of pay and display parking within easy walking distance for the rare occasion that a parking space cannot be found on the road. There is presently a boat taking up two parking spaces on my drive, this is likely to remain there until at least April. References will be required as will a deposit.
