A lovely big bay-fronted room is available in this beautiful Victorian house in central Poole at £500 a month. It's a friendly and sociable house currently made up of guys mostly in their 20s. We'd love housemates to fit in with the current vibe. Would welcome some girls in the house again, although equal preference will be given to all potential housemates!

The room has double bed, wardrobes, drawers, desk and chair, chest of drawers and bedside drawers.

Everything is finished to the highest standard, and kept clean and in top working order. There has been redecoration in the house so everything's really nice and fresh.

The house is a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the station and buses. There's a co-op on the corner and a row of shops and restaurants right opposite.

We've refurbished the back garden into a bbq garden with a large shed for bikes and garden furniture.

There's one off street parking space, and plenty of on street parking for £55 per year, but some spaces are free overnight.
