Double Room To Let In Oakdale

I have a double room to rent in my home in (Oakdale, Poole, Dorset).
It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking and subject to availability off road parking.
We have a local Co-Op nearby (5 minute walk) and a public bus stop with transportation towards Poole & Bournemouth (2 minute walk).
The room is furnished with double bed & a built in wardrobe with above storage space.
Freeview Arial and 50 mb WiFi are included in rent, the house also supplies a washing machine and tumble dryer that is also included in the rent.
Your rent will be £450 per month.
My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen and bathroom.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
