Room in flat share

Recently modernized flat, joined 'Lounge Kitchen' with brand new appliances.

The room itself is fully furnished, including a large desk if needed.

Little bit about me! I'm 26, work all day it seems, easy going, though I like to be tidy, occasionally my standards slip (!!) and I'll spend an hour tidying thinking "why didn't I just put it right in the first place?!" I play badminton regularly, and like to get out for a few drinks to socialise, just haven't had the time, or someone to go to a bar with! Also I have an Xbox 360, though I have hardly played it in 6 months, so if you're a fan that won't hurt getting me using it again!

Ideally we can find some similar interests, we'll get on better, however I don't seem to be able to find much time to spend at home in the last few weeks anyway!! I tend to work 7am til 5/6pm, and I'm out and about at least 3 nights a week. I have a good sense of humor, and endeavor to get on with everyone.

Not much available in the way of parking, so would probably suit a non driver, as the flat is on the main road.
