We have rooms to rent in our house in a quiet rd in Ashley Cross, near to all the Bistros and Bars. The rooms range from £425pcm to £450pcm depending on size. We are very near Poole Park and the Hospital is only a short distance to walk.
The train is 5 mins walk, which goes to London and Weymouth
The M1 bus to Poole and Bournemouth is 1 min walk. Also the bus to the Uni is 1 min walk.
You would have your own lounge and bathroom to share with any other lodgers. Also washing machine and Kitchen etc. Wireless internet.
You would also have the use of an amazing courtyard garden and balcony. All bills will be included. We have a shed to keep bikes secure, and it is only a short ride to the beach. We are a 25 year old couple, with one other lodger.
