I'm extremely easy going and my house is located in a quiet Close.
All bills included and have WIFI connection with broadband.
The double room is a good size which is clean and tidy which has a en suite with shower and loo. It also has a built in wardrobe.
No other rooms are let.
I'd prefer a female lodger as I have a 10 year old daughter who is very polite and friendly. She stays with every other weekend and every Wednesday.
Occasionally I have my dog to stay as well.
The room has a TV Point.
I have a parking space for your car.
Best to come see the room and see if we get along.
