Hi,

Im looking for someone to flatshare (guess thats obvious with this advert). I am looking for someone that can keep the communal areas tidy(ish), who is friendly and polite.

The flat is located in Poole, about 3 miles away from the town centre, so a good distance if you wanted to walk or cycle (there is a small shed for a bike if needed). It is also reasonably close to Bournemouth (6 miles to the town centre).

The bedroom advertised is a single/small double, it has a small double bed and is furnished with a bookcase, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers.

The bathroom is shared, its a good size and modern.

The Kitchen is modern, has a dishwasher, washing machine and all the other things you'd expect a kitchen to have- microwave, oven e. t. c.

The Lounge and dining area too are quite spacious and the wifi is available throughout the flat.

It tends to be quiet in the area, the people that live upstairs are nice to chat to and there is a great walking area (the heath) literally across the road from the flat.

I work in Heath care and my parter attends university in Oxford. Due to being in third year, her course is only three days per week therefore she commutes on these three days. We are very friendly and up for a good chat and a laugh. If interested just ping me a message :).
