ROOM NOT AVAILABLE FOR TIME BEING

Double room contains two large chest of drawers and two large wardrobes along with TV and Wifi.

There is suitable parking either on the main road or down the dead end streets just next to the house.

The kitchen and bathroom areas are good sizes. There is also a separate utility room.

To confirm the lounge is none sharing although I am happy for the dining table to be used for meals.

My house has been newly decorated throughout, kept clean and tidy. I'm looking for someone who is also clean tidy and respectful, who will leave the property as they find it.

A working professional or a a student who isn't a party animal is my preference.

I have a quiet home and would prefer someone who is easy going like myself, who knows how to clean up after themselves and won't bring any dramas with them.
I don't have any children and I have one cat.

There is a Tesco express and a small co-op within a very short walking distance.
With main bus routes and train station also within walking distance.

Bedding is not provided.
