The house is easy walking distance from Poole Library, Leisure Centre, Poole Quay and Poole Park. Sandbanks and beaches are a short bike/bus ride away as are numerous cycle paths and nature reserves, including Brownsea Island.

I am looking for a mature student or professional 5 or 7 day pw lodger for this lovely room; must be someone who is trustworthy, easy-going, polite and who leaves shared areas as they find them! My work and other commitments take me away from home. We have a lovely house-cat, a Birman called Ella.

This is not a student house but has male and female working professionals.
