Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my advert.
I am a young professional female currently living on my own and looking for a similar professional to share my home with, preferably female.
The room is a double size. It has a double bed frame, wardrobe, bed side tables, a tall unit and I have bought a new mattress. The room is available in the back of the house, so it is lovely and quiet. The house itself is situated in a road adjacent to the Ashley Road and is in fantastic proximity to Poole Hospital if you are a nurse of doctor.
I have recently refurbished the house so all rooms have new paint work, carpets etc. I take pride in my home so i am looking for someone that will be respectful of that. I have a small non shedding little dog. She is very happy and causes no trouble. She is hypoallergenic as I am allergic and causes no tenants any bother.
