The rest of the flat is also well sized, with a bath/shower room, large lounge and modern kitchen. Everything you need is provided including built in cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and your welcome to use all of the kitchen cutlery/utensils. Day-to-day items such as an iron and hoover are also available. There is also a Virgin Media tivo box in the lounge and 50Mbps WiFi.

The flat is located a couple of minutes walk from Poole quay and the same again from baiter park. There is an Aldi across the road and Sainsburys about a three minute walk. Five minutes walk takes you to Poole town centre.
Unfortunately there is no allocated parking - however there is a bus stop right outside the front door and its less then a ten minute walk to Poole's bus station and only a 12-14 minute walk to Poole train station. If car parking is a must there is pay and display parking on Sainsburys car park.

I am a university graduate working as a software test manager - your typical Monday to Friday 9-5 type of hours so I'm looking for someone who won't be having late night parties mid week, and importantly being a flat will respect other residents in the block.
