Hi, I am about to rent out my spare double room in Oakdale.
I'm an easy going professional guy who works between home and London.
The house has a large lounge which has a log burner, sky TV and fibre optic broadband. There is a private garage, driveway, conservatory, garden, kitchen and bathroom. Rent includes all bills including broadband and sky!!
The room for rent is a medium sized double with a view towards the purbecks, bay window and built in double wardrobe. Can be either furnished or unfurnished.
I'm looking for an easy-going, fun, tidy and considerate flatmate! Pictures available on request!
