Double room in lovely flat near Quay/Hospital

Hi all,

I am a friendly 25 year old physiotherapist who is currently looking for a new flat mate. (Apparently my only bad habit is leaving the bathroom light on!)

There is a good sized double bedroom available in a lovely, light two bedroom flat. The double room comfortably fits a double bed and also has double inbuilt wardrobe with shelf space, which fits a whole lots of clothes in!! The double room will be unfurnished however this is available for discussion.

There is a locked bike store which is great for also keeping our BBQ in.

Shared access to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge.

Bathroom is lovely with a newly laid floor. There is a shower over the bath which is hot and has good pressure.

Washing machine.

One parking space for the flat which we can share. However there is free evening parking and Sunday parking right outside.

The rent is £410 per month and Let by Martin and Co. Previously my currently flat mate and I have paid £525 per month and this encompasses all bills and council tax (including TV license and internet.

My current flat mate is unfortunately moving out to begin adventures new in London and I LOVE living in this flat and area of Poole Quarter. Therefore I am looking for a friendly roommate to help split the bills and share this fantastic flat.
