Double-Room - Spacious 2 bed flat - Westbourne

I am looking for someone to move in for 6 months only. The room is double and has a built in wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower that is right by the available room. It is communal though I never use it as I have an en-suite. The whole flat is modern and spacious, with a balcony. The bedroom comes unfurnished at this moment in time but I am awaiting a list of things that may stay. The rest of the flat is furnished with everything you would need. Water and sewage is included in the rent. Bills such as gas, electric, TV Broadband, Council tax etc come to around £100 I currently live with my brother though he is leaving in January, and my girlfriend can't move in until July. I'm an easy going person and will love to meet someone new and get to know them! I do support work looking after adults with physical and learning disabilities and love my job. I consider myself pretty quiet within the flat, though I play the acoustic guitar, however I will always be considerate if I know I need to be quiet for whatever reason. I never party or have gatherings, though occasionally I have friends and family over. I'm passionate about learning about world affairs and changing politics and that kind of stuff.
