The flat is on the border of Bournemouth an Poole, so has easy access to everywhere (walking distance to Westbourne, Bournemouth, the beach, Penn Hill, etc). OVERALL A FAB AREA IN BRANKSOME PARK!
There is a bathroom next door (toilet and sink etc) which would be for your own private use, at no additional charge.
Parking - should be ok to use my garage, at no additional charge.
The only additional charge is gas/electric.. very warm apartment, as great insulation.
