Please do note that the accommodation is payed for until the first week of January. What this means is that if you choose to sign the tenancy agreement and pay the security deposit, you will have no rent to pay at all until the fifth of January, in which case the payments will begin. It is completely payed for and you are free to stay over the Christmas break.

The actual rent for the room is £111. 65 per week.

The room is spacious compared to most student accommodations. It's relatively cheap for what it offers. It is fully furnished with:

A large sized desk.
A large shelf.
A very large bed.
En suite with shower.
Shared kitchen with flatmates.
A fully functioning heater.
Three separate drawers.
Many electronic plugs.
20MB Wifi internet (actually faster)

The accommodation is thirty minutes, by bus, away from Bournemouth University, and a 5 minute walk from the Poole town center. Easily one of the most convenient houses for those wanting to live in Poole.

If you choose to take the room, you'll take over the tenancy agreement with Unite Students (which are a fantastic company) and you will not be charged a penny past the deposit (which is given back at the end of the year).
