Property is a ground floor flat with off road parking. Double room (11ft×10ft) that is fully furnished for you including double bed, sofa, 37" tv and wifi.
You will have full use of the kitchen which is fully equipped and bathroom containing a bath and shower.
The garden is accessible and great in the summer.
I do have 2 cats so you must like cats!
I am full time employed so need someone similar who appreciates keeping the noise down and likes their sleep :) I do work occasional weekends so if you don't then you will have the house to yourself from time to time.
Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the property.
If you have a partner then they are welcome to stay over occasionally.
The room is currently being redecorated so can't take a new tenant before March but you are welcome to view the house and room beforehand. Please message me if you want to know more!
