1 double room ready to rent in quiet family home, myself and my husband are working professionals and have a room available as children have left the nest! Room includes single bed (can be changed to a double) Chest of drawers, space under the stairs to hang clothes. Key to lock room. Shared bathroom with use of bath/shower facilities. Large back garden and parking on driveway. Would consider smokers but no smoking in the house :) Includes all bills, (Internet, water, gas, electricity and TV.) A shelf in the fridge and a cupboard in the kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. We are a friendly welcoming family, and respect privacy of people sharing our home.
