Lovely Single Room in Friendly house-share

Hello! Ok soo a bit about us...

Current occupants include Elizabeth who is 19 and finishing studying at Brockenhurst College. Aidan (26) is in the downstairs room, and we have Christine (24) who is studying illustration at Arts University Bournemouth. (also worth a mention we have really great neighbours)

The room has wooden flooring, single bed (not recommended for tall people) wardrobe, chest of draws, shelving and under bed storage.

The house is spacious and bright, all the rooms are decorated a neutral white, ready for your own personalisation. Wooden and Tiled floors throughout the property.

We are looking for a like minded person who will appreciate a lovely place to come home to, stick to the cleaning rota and be respectful of others. The not so 'live in' Landlord is a woman and one of the tenants is her daughter so there is a great homely feel to the house but space & flexibility to make it yours too, just ask the current tenants. She is usually away traveling months at a time, but may come back for short periods of time if a room is free.

THE HOUSE

There is a large kitchen and dining area with table and four chairs, it is fully equipped with cooking implements, pots, pans, plates, 6 gas hobs and two gas ovens as well as a microwave and a good washing machine, (clothes line outside for drying clothes).

Central heating throughout with a new boiler.

A separate sitting room with large feather sofa and tv really nicely decorated, it opens up into an outdoor but covered patio area thats great for winer and summer lounging in the fresh air. A small garden with lots of potted plants, a patch of grass and a small vegetable patch that needs sewing!

There is also a porch for your shoes & bikes and a place under the stairs to hang all your coats. There will also be space in the carport alongside the house to keep motorbikes or bikes that has a gate and padlock on it.

There is a bath and separate toilet upstairs. There is another toilet downstairs with a shower.

There is also a shy cat here who keeps himself to himself but does give a little meow to be let outside.

Outdoor pets like rabbits considered.

THE AREA

Great location situated roughly the same distance between Bournemouth (40min walk through the gardens or 15/20min cycle) and Poole is 20min by bus, obviously both trips are much shorter by car depending on traffic.

4min walk to the bus stop with routes 14 & 16 going directly to Bournemouth and Poole.

5 min walk to tesco express with a nice chip shop & butchers next to it with a few other take aways a little further.

There is a beautiful green Heathland only a few minutes walk with a pond and forest area great for walks or to go running/cycling. There is also a great gym with swimming poole, tennis courts etc 7min walk with a local library next to it. 7 mins drive to Bournemouth University Wallisdown campus.

There is safe on road parking outside the house, and two spaces in the front garden that are currently used.
