We have 1 room available in our mixed professional house share. Located in Garland Road, it’s just a short walk to Poole Hospital and Poole town centre.
The house is a light and spacious property, furnished to a high standard. There are 6 ensuite bedrooms; a large fully fitted communal kitchen and living room, a separate laundry, a guest bathroom and sunny garden. In the living area there’s a Smart TV with Virgin TiVo, and Virgin 500 MB fibre optic broadband is available throughout the house via wireless or data point.
The rent includes all bills and a cleaner to the shared areas.
The bedrooms consists of a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair; plus en-suite shower room. All rooms have a wall mounted LCD TV and broadband data sockets.
