Seeking fellow cat lover, preferably long term

I have a room to let in a quiet area in Easton on Portland. You will be sharing a three bedroom house with myself and my three cats. I would like a long term housemate, someone who wants to settle down in a nice comfy home.

They're outdoor cats so this house would not be suitable for anyone who can't handle rodents and other assorted wildlife, both dead and alive, or cat sick (I do clean up after them though, obviously!).

Bedroom has a 4ft bed (small double size), wardrobe, drawer unit and divan bed storage.

There's a garden that has potential to be lovely but I hate gardening, so it's a bit messy at the moment. A green fingered housemate would be most welcome!

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and dining room. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer (or washing line in garden if preferred) and large oven. Lots of kitchen gadgets.

On road parking and some space in the garage (though not enough room for a car). Five minute walk to shops and bus stop.

Fibre broadband, terrestrial TV.

I'm friendly and sociable, but mainly like to keep to myself when at home. I work full time, weekends off, and would prefer a professional who works standard hours, to keep utility bills down. I'm very clean and tidy and wouldn't be able to live with someone messy. I'm very considerate of others and seek the same.

Happy for you to have occasional overnight guests, there's a spare single room. I have family visiting a few times a year for a few days.
