Incredible (& affordable!) flatshare in Sandbanks

Hello,

I am looking for a flatmate in the flat I am letting in Sandbanks from about 7th December. Ideally I am looking for someone who enjoys watersports and generally being active although its by no means essential - the flat is perfect for the lifestyle!

Potential flatmates need to:
Be a professional - IE have a full time job
Enjoy a sociable atmosphere
Pass the references checks with the Letting agent (£75 fee)

So why choose the flat?

Its 1m 30sec walk to the one the best beaches in the UK - see the video!
It has a garage we can share for bikes, surfboards, kit etc
Its amazing value for the location
The room is a decent size double with basically your own bathroom. The kitchen is a good size, as is the living room - all of which we can share.
Parking is available just around the corner.
Its about a 2 minute drive from Poole Harbour which is amazing!
Its close to the chain ferry to access the Purbecks and Studland for mountain biking, walking etc
I work locally and have a good knowledge of the area
All bills are included
