We have a spare room in our family home. Ideal for a student or young professional looking for a family atmosphere.

We live in a modern, comfortable home in Southbourne, within walking distance of the shops and beach, with buses regularly into Bournemouth and Christchurch. We are 10 mins walk from Pokesdown train station.

Plenty of street parking and a locked garage for bikes. The room is simple and clean with a single bed, large wardrobe, bookcase and drawers. Use of wi-fi, shared bathroom, and the garden

We have 2 children at school, I work part-time and my husband works full-time so the house is often quiet during the day and the children are in bed by 8pm usually. I usually cook every evening so meals could be part of the package.

We are looking for someone friendly to be part of the household although we would respect your privacy too.

Our home is busy, friendly and family orientated, it's hectic between 4 and 8pm but fairly quiet the rest of the time as we love to be out and about. Pet lover preferred as we have a very quiet dog. The cost of rent depends on what you want, meals, washing done etc and it could be negotiable for the odd bit of babysitting and light housework if you're interested. Get in touch to find out more.
